Jeffrey Palmer
Jeffrey Palmer is a seasoned finance executive with diverse experience in designing strong risk management frameworks while integrating multi-function approaches to holistic financial management. He is a creative problem solver adept at designing quantitative analysis, management reporting, team development, and the ability to effectively disseminate complex information to all levels of management, boards, and regulatory bodies.

Kevin Bates
Kevin Bates is the Chief Data Officer of Fannie Mae. His team is focused on developing and executing on the firm’s data strategy. This includes cultivating a positive and dynamic “”data first”” culture that empowers the business, enables advanced analytics practices, mitigates risk, and serves regulatory needs.
Kevin joined Fannie Mae in 2004 and has grown with the company through successful delivery of technology and data solutions. These include increasingly large-scale challenges in underwriting, risk, credit loss management, and enterprise data, while leading organizations through sometimes dramatic change.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University, and a Masters in Chemistry from Rice University.
