Josh Milstein

Josh Milstein is a seasoned analytics leader with more than 10 years of experience in data strategy, project management, business intelligence, business systems, and supply chain management. His strategic mindset combined with his extensive experience makes him a versatile asset to stakeholders.

Josh’s experience includes managing business systems, including but not limited to accounting, HR, audit compliance, financial reporting, operational systems, supply chain management, and business intelligence. He has been responsible for managing system support, upgrades/enhancements, and new software implementations.

In addition to managing business systems, Josh has managed various projects ranging from acquisitions and divestitures in the Energy industry to system and process improvement projects. Notable projects include the implementation of inventory management systems, digital invoicing systems, supply chain data simulations, and enterprise software system integrations. His projects have resulted in extensive time and financial savings for multiple companies.

Prior to joining Capitalize, Josh held management roles with a BI Software company, publicly traded upstream Oil & Gas, and fortune 50 global security and aerospace company. He earned a B.B.A. Information & Operations Management from Texas A&M University.
