Since my first computer program in ninth grade (a clear knock-off of the iPod Parachute game), I have been in love with software development and technology – devouring books and creating side projects. At the University of Virginia, I honed my skills with experience in research and developing projects including a data solution for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville. I have worked at Tableau Software for over seven years helping people to see and understand their data. Currently, I am building Arctic at Dremio – a next-generation intelligent metadata store.
