I’m Srikanth Dandolu, a Multi-Cloud Architect and Lead Software Engineer with over 14 years of experience, specializing in transitioning applications and infrastructure from On-prem to Cloud environments, primarily utilizing AWS.

In my current role at JP Morgan Chase, I lead technical efforts in cloud infrastructure, automation, and data modernization. I focus on architecting scalable and secure AWS environments, deploying and managing core services like EC2, ECS, and RDS, and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.

A major part of my work involves leading complex migration and modernization projects:

I’ve successfully led the migration of on-premises databases to AWS RDS using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).

I designed and implemented ETL processes to migrate data from Teradata to Snowflake, modernizing our data warehouse.

I’m also passionate about efficiency, having developed and implemented robust CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks using tools like Python, Django, and Ansible that have significantly reduced deployment time (by 40%) and patching time (by 80%).

I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and I am dual AWS certified: an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and an AWS Certified Database Specialty. I bring strong expertise in database technologies, including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB, with specific experience in using Oracle GoldenGate for data replication across environments
