My strong points :
Management of teams and various profiles (developers, sales engineers, pre-sales…). The quality of the teams and their motivation is a decisive competitive advantage.
The customer relationship whether in pre-sales or after-sales and the management of sales teams. The quality of the customer relationship as a whole is a key point for increasing revenues.
Operational involvement. You need to have a detailed understanding of operational processes, as close to the field as possible, to improve and maximize margins.
I have been holding various management positions with major telecom operators (Neuf Telecom, Neuf-Cegetel, SFR) for almost 20 years during the deregulation phase.
I also have experience as a business leader and entrepreneur, as I bought a Digital Service Company in 2011, turned it around, grew it and sold it in 2019.
