Arfath Pasha

Arfath Pasha is a senior software engineer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's
Computational Oncology Department. His main goal at MSK is to help accelerate cancer
research through the development of a scientific data management software system that
promotes the collaborative integration of complex datasets by users with diverse backgrounds
and skill sets. His recent achievements include developing a prototype of such a system for
hosting multi-modal data. Among his current set of challenges lies the lack of ‘datasheets for
datasets’ in the machine learning and research community as espoused by  Timnit Gebru et al .
